Recommendation (the committee's words)

We also recommend that our successor considers whether reintroducing the EU Law Tracker is an effective use of parliamentary resources. In our view this will depend on the extent of dynamic alignment between the UK and EU and whether the new Scottish Government continues with a policy of alignment with EU law.
