1 Recommendation

The Committee recommends that the Scottish Parliament give its consent to the UK Parliament legislating in this area, as proposed in the Scottish Government's draft motion contained within the sLCM. This contains the provisions included in the initial LCM lodged on 12 December and the provisions described in the sLCM i Douglas Lumsden abstained from the final recommendation on the grounds of concerns raised about the impacts on open access operators. .
