Full decision

Ms A complained about the Health Board’s decision not to offer her an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (“ADHD”) assessment, despite having previously had a private ADHD assessment and diagnosis. Ms A raised additional queries with the Health Board following its complaint response.

As part of an early resolution settlement the Health Board agreed to provide a full and complete response to Ms A’s follow-up queries and to also consider the option of meeting Ms A.
