Full decision

Ms X complained about the Council’s decision to relocate her to alternative housing and that it failed to adequately support her with her tenancy. Ms X said that she had complained to the Council twice but that she had not received a response to her complaints.

The assessment found that the Council had no record of the first complaint being made. However, it had provided a response to the second complaint, which Ms X had not received.

The Council agreed to re-send a copy of its complaint response to Ms X in settlement of the complaint.
