Mr X complained that Natural Resources Wales (“NRW”) had not responded to the complaint he made to it in 2019 regarding inadequate dog control signs and access by motor vehicles in forest areas near Mr X.
The Health Board agreed to undertake the following in settlement of Mr X’s complaint: By 17 June 2021, NRW will provide Mr X with a formal response to his complaint to address his concerns and apologise for the delay in its response.
The Ombudsman considered this to be an appropriate resolution to the complaint.
