This could take the form of a brief review of current management, custom and practice within the AOT, specifying the potential changes needed to improve management and practice, and to provide focused support to implement those changes including direct work with AOT staff. We also recommend that the SHA and HPFT liaise with the PCT to consider how best it can engage more fully in the monitoring of the action plan implementation process, and what role it could or should take in any potential future case reviews.
