The trust should hold a learning seminar with clinical staff to examine how the principles of the recovery model and the needs of individuals with entrenched risky paranoid thoughts should be supported. In particular the seminar should look at the role of the consultant psychiatrist and psychology in providing clinical enquiry, diagnosis and treatment and the role of community staff in developing appropriate care plans.
