Review of the whistleblowing framework in Great Britain

This 14 July 2025 publication is itself an independent research report by Grant Thornton (commissioned by the previous government) on how the whistleblowing framework operates; it makes no recommendations requiring a response. No formal government response has been published. Government has signalled it will explore whistleblowing reform but not issued a response document.
