Independent review commissioned by DWP examining why more young people are becoming not in education, employment or training (NEET), with particular focus on young disabled people and those with health conditions. The interim discovery phase report (May 2026) analyses the scale and causes of the problem. A final report with recommendations is expected following a solution phase.
