It sets out findings from evidence gathered so far on rising demand for mental health, ADHD and autism services, learning from engagement, and priorities and questions for the next phase of the review. It does not offer conclusions or recommendations, which will be set out in the final report, expected in summer 2026 and intended to inform the Government's 10 Year Health Plan commitment on mental health.
