IN/OESML/091225/EO/01 - You have failed to ensure that the exposure of your employees to a substance hazardous to health, namely water-mix metalworking fluid mist, which may result in an identifiable disease or adverse health effect (including occupational asthma) used in CNC machine 5, Mill Doosan VC430 (Serial: MV0039-001170), is either prevented or, where this is not reasonably practicable, adequately controlled. IN/OESML/091225/EO/02 - You have failed to provide Health Surveillance, where it is appropriate for the protection of the health of your employees who are, or are liable to be, exposed to water-mix metalworking fluid, which is a substance hazardous to health, which could cause respiratory disease and dermatitis.

Improvement Notice BB01/EP/06112025 served - You have failed to implement appropriate arrangements with regard to the nature of your activities and the size of your undertaking for the effective planning, organisation, control, monitoring and review of your preventative and protective measures, required for the prevention and management of dermatitis.
