IN/OESML/091225/EO/02 - You have failed to provide Health Surveillance, where it is appropriate for the protection of the health of your employees who are, or are liable to be, exposed to water-mix metalworking fluid, which is a substance hazardous to health, which could cause respiratory disease and dermatitis.
