1 Open Within six months, Cambridgeshire Constabulary should attend calls for service in line with the targets it publicly promises to meet Cambridgeshire Constabulary

2 Open Within six months, Cambridgeshire Constabulary should: • make sure it answers a higher percentage of emergency calls more quickly; and • make sure it answers a higher percentage of non-emergency calls, so callers abandon them as rarely as possible Cambridgeshire Constabulary

3 Completed Within three months, Cambridgeshire Constabulary should develop a performance framework that helps it understand: • whether visits by one individual to registered sex offenders are appropriate; and • what is included in its backlog of work, such as how overdue visits are and the risk level of the offenders involved Cambridgeshire Constabulary

4 Completed Within three months, Cambridgeshire Constabulary should improve its ability to answer public calls by placing enough police personnel with the right skills and experience in its demand hub. Cambridgeshire Constabulary
