The service should make sure its firefighters have access to relevant and up-to-date risk-critical information, making sure this is formally recorded and understood.
The service should make sure it has appropriate arrangements in place to oversee and scrutinise the progress and quality of prevention work delivered by its prevention partner.
The service should develop a clear prevention strategy targeting people most at risk and make sure its activity is proportionate to reduce that risk.
The service should continue to assure itself it has the capacity to manage change
