AFI The service should make sure its firefighters have access to relevant and up-to-date risk-critical information, making sure this is formally recorded and understood.
AFI The service needs to improve its approach to equality, diversity and inclusion.
AFI The service needs to make sure all staff understand the benefits of equality, diversity and inclusion and their role in promoting it
AFI The service needs to make sure this area of work is sustainable and can be maintained if the commissioned resource is no longer available.
