Next Link staff, providing services within the IRIS scheme or any other Next Link service, should consider a need to coordinate the provision of services to victims with complex needs and those who are being supported by a number of agencies. This coordination should consider the use of professional meetings to share information and develop joint planning, which should be supported by all agencies regardless of the level of identified risk.

It is recommended that Bristol Housing and Landlord Services review their policies for supporting victims of domestic abuse. In particular this should include a policy for the proactive identification of domestic abuse and the development of a perpetrator toolkit.
