The service will be provided to adults and older people with support needs in their homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by one staff team operating in Perth and Kinross as agreed following a variation application granted on 13 August 2026.
