Between 17/07/2026 and 01/01/2027 The Wild Outdoors Childcare Ltd will not be operational as the Care Inspectorate has agreed to treat it as inactive. Should the provider wish to resume this service prior to 01/01/2027 they must contact the Care Inspectorate.
To provide a care service to a maximum of 45 primary school aged children at any one time.
Adult: child ratios will be a minimum of:
3 years and over - 1:8 if the children attend more than 4 hours per day or - 1:10 if the children attend for less than 4 hours per day - If all children are over 8 years old and over 1:10
Children will be cared for at the following sites: Loretto Junior School North Esk Lodge North High Street Musselburgh East Lothian EH21 6JA and Newfield Sports Pavilion Tea Rooms New Street EH21 6HY.
