Conditions of registration
The service will be provided to older people and/or adults with physical disabilities in their home and in the community.
Support can be provided for up to 10 people for a period of 12 months from the date of registration or on conclusion of the first inspection of the service.
The service will be provided by one staff team located and operating in City of Edinburgh.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
