Conditions of registration
To provide a care service to adults and older people in their own homes and in the community including people with mental health problems people with alcohol misuse problems people with physical and sensory impairment or people with learning disabilities.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 3 staff teams located and operating within the Local Authority areas of Falkirk Stirling and Clackmannanshire.
