Conditions of registration
To provide a service to adults and older people with assessed support needs living in their own homes.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The support service will be provided five staff teams operating in Dumfries and Galloway.
The manager will also be the manager of Balmoral Homecare Castle Douglas Support Service - Care at Home.
