Recommendation 1
1. To support children's health, wellbeing and safety, the provider should ensure children are cared for in a clean environment. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ‘My environment is secure and safe’ (HSCS 5.17); and 'I experience an environment that is well looked after with clean, tidy and well maintained premises, furnishings and equipment' (HSCS 5.22).
