1. To promote a culture of continuous improvement the provider should ensure that all incidents and accidents are clearly reported, recorded and notified to relevant bodies, in line with relevant guidance. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which states: 'I benefit from a culture of continuous improvement, with the organisation having robust and transparent quality assurance processes’ (HSCS 4.19) and ‘I use a service and organisation that are well led and managed’ (HSCS 4.23).
Conditions of registration
The service will be provided to adults with learning disabilities autism and complex needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in the Angus area.
