Conditions of registration
The service will be provided to adults and older people with disabilities and/or sensory impairment in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by one staff team based at the accommodation.
Staff support will be available to service users over 24 hours 7 days per week.
