To provide a care service to a maximum of 24 older people over the age of 65 years.
The provider will complete improvements as detailed in the environmental improvement plan agreed with the Care Inspectorate at registration dated 6 April 2023. The improvement plan must be displayed along with the Certificate of registration. Any proposed change to the improvement plan must be agreed with the Care Inspectorate.
