1. To support high levels of infection prevention and control the provider should progress with their plans to ensure that children's personal care environments are consistent with the Care Inspectorate document 'Nappy changing for early learning and childcare settings (excluding childminders).' This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ‘I experience high quality care and support based on relevant evidence, guidance and best practice’ (HSCS 4.11); and ‘My environment is secure and safe’ (HSCS 5.19).
