Conditions of registration
The service will be provided to older people and adults with physical disabilities in their own homes and in the community.
The service will be provided by two staff teams. One located and operating in East Lothian at the registered address and a second staff team located in Galashiels and operating in the Scottish borders. The Care Inspectorate is to be notified of any changes to the addresses from which staff are based.
