Conditions of registration
The service will be provided to adults and older people with accessed support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by three staff teams located in North East and South Ayrshire.
The Registered Manager also manages Bluebird Care Ayrshire support service CS2022000121.
