1. By 30 January 2026, the provider must ensure that the service is operating in line with its conditions of registration so that people experience high quality facilities. To do this the provider must, at a minimum: a) submit to the Care Inspectorate an up-to-date improvement plan to be agreed with the Care Inspectorate Registration Team, which includes timescales for completion b) complete or plan the necessary improvements as agreed with the Care Inspectorate in relation to the above c) publicly display the improvement plan within the care home. This is to comply with Regulation 4 (1) (a) (b) (Welfare of service users) and 14 (d) (Facilities in Care Homes) of The Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Requirements for Care Services) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/210).
