Conditions of registration
To provide a care home service basis to a maximum of 26 adults living with long term neurological conditions and/or a long term traumatic brain injury.
The provider will comply with the action plan as agreed with the Care Inspectorate at registration. The action plan must be displayed along with the Certificate of registration. Any proposed change to the action plan must be agreed with the Care Inspectorate. The provider will keep the Care Inspectorate informed of progress as detailed in the action plan.
The provider will complete review of policies and procedures within 6 weeks of registration.
