1. To support positive health outcomes, the provider should ensure that care records are completed accurately, consistently and in line with people's assessed needs and planned interventions. This should include clear evidence that health-related care, such as repositioning, has been delivered as intended and any outcomes recorded appropriately. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ‘Any treatment or intervention that I experience is safe and effective’, (HSCS 1.24).
Conditions of registration
To provide a care service for a maximum of 20 adults aged 18 years and over with Huntington's acquired brain injury enduring mental health a learning difficulty and/or physical needs or life limiting conditions.
