Requirement 1

1. By 1 August 2026, the provider, must ensure that quality assurance processes are in place and carried out effectively, in a manner which achieves improvements. To do this, the provider must, at a minimum: a) ensure effective oversight so that care is delivered in line with people’s personal plans and that information used to support people is accurate, accessible and clearly understood, including legal arrangements and risk assessments b) ensure effective quality assurance processes are in place, including regular supervision, team meetings and clear leadership oversight of training and development c) ensure medication practices, including staff competency and safe management, are consistently

Recommendation 1

1. To support people to receive consistent and reliable care and maintain their wellbeing, the provider should ensure staffing arrangements are effectively planned, implemented and monitored across the service to minimise cancelled visits and disruption. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS), which state: ‘I experience high quality care and support because people have the right knowledge, skills and time to support me’ (HSCS 3.14) and ‘I get the most out of my life, including activities and opportunities to meet people’ (HSCS 1.25).

The support will be provided by 7 teams to the Dundee City area.

The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
