Recommendation 1

1. To ensure people's health benefits from their care and support, the provider should maintain appropriate staffing levels across the service to ensure people’s safety and wellbeing needs are being met at all times. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) 'My needs are met by the right number of people' (HSCS 3.15).
