Conditions of registration
To provide a service to adults with a diagnosis of enduring mental health learning disabilities and/or autism and neurodivergence physical disabilities addiction (alcohol and drug use) ageing and frailty.
The support will be provided by three staff teams located in Gilmerton Niddrie and Cannonmills areas of Edinburgh. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
