To provide a support service to young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs living in their own homes and within the community.
Where support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The support will be provided by one staff team based in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
