Requirements & recommendations
1. In order to support continued quality assurance, the provider should ensure that an improvement plan is developed, which is reviewed regularly and informed by self-evaluation. This should include but is not limited to, submitting appropriate notifications to the Care Inspectorate. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS), which states that: ‘I experience high quality care and support based on relevant evidence, guidance and best practice’ (HSCS 4.11).
Conditions of registration

1. To provide a support service to people with physical and/or mental health needs living in their own homes.
2. The support will be provided by one staff team to the Nairnshire area.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
