1. Following significant incidents, the provider should ensure that staff have reviewed and updated risk assessments in relation to: protection concerns, including CSE, community activities, and behaviour support plans. This is to ensure care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards, which state: "I am helped to understand the impact and consequences of risky and unsafe behaviour and decisions” (HSCS 2.25) and “I am helped to feel safe and secure in my local community”. (HSCS 3.25).
Conditions of registration
To provide a care service to a maximum of 2 children or young people aged from 8 years.
The manager will be 100% supernumerary.
