Requirement 1

1. By 5 June 2026 The provider must ensure they have a structured and coordinated senior allocation of staff. This is to improve the impact on staff and in turn improve the outcomes and experiences for people. To do this the provider must, at a minimum: The provider must recruit suitable candidates to vacant senior roles, to limit the further impact on service quality. All teams must be given the opportunity to meet regularly to share and develop as a team for the benefit of the people who receive support. Improvements must be implemented in the storage, organisation, and accessibility of IT systems to ensure staff had timely access to essential information.
