Recommendation 1

1. To ensure children have safe and consistent use of their outdoor space and have access to high quality outdoor play experiences, the provider should resolve the flooding in the garden as a matter of urgency. This is to ensure that the environment is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards which states that: "I experience an environment that is well looked after with clean, tidy and well-maintained premises, furnishings and equipment". (HSCS 5.24) and "As a child, I play outdoors every day and regularly explore a natural environment". (HSCS 1.32)
