1. To provide a care service for adults with support needs living in their own home.
2. The support will be provided by twp staff teams to the Inverness city, Wester Ross and Gairloch areas.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
4. The manager is also the manager of Gateway Housing Support Service and Care at Home Service CS2017361506 (Housing Support Service).
