1. To ensure people’s care and support needs are met by the right number of people, the service should; Review the dependency, of people regularly, and use this to decide staffing levels using an appropriate tool to support your decision making. This is to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: ‘My needs are met by the right number of people’ (HSCS 3.15).
Conditions of registration
Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. To provide a care service for adults with support needs living in their own home.
2. The support will be provided by two staff teams to the Inverness city, Wester Ross and Gairloch areas.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
4. The manager is also the manager of Gateway Housing Support Service and Care at Home Service CS2017361507 (Support Service).
