The service will be provided to people with short term reablement support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The support will be provided by one staff team based at addresses agreed at variation dated 19 December 2025.
The service will be provided in North East Edinburgh.
