1. By 1 September 2025, the provider must ensure that each child has a personal plan that clearly sets out their individual needs and how these are met. These plans must be used to support children's wellbeing. At a minimum, personal plans must be developed in consultation with parents, reviewed at least every six months and updated when there is a significant change in a child's health, wellbeing and development.
