Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:
To provide a day care of children service to a maximum of 70 children at any one time aged between 4 and those of primary school age of whom a maximum of 10 children will be 4 years old. These numbers will not exceed a maximum of 70 at any one time.
Any other conditions unique to the service:
Adult: child ratios will be:
3 and over 1:8 if the children attend for more than 4 hours per day or
1:10 if the children attend for less than 4 hours per day.
