To provide a service to adults and older people with a learning disability in the their own homes and in the community.
Staff support will be available to service users over a 24 hour period.
The support will be provided by two staff teams operating in Dundee and Angus.
The registered manager is also the registered manager for Magdalen House Housing Support Service CS2015342720.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
