Minded children cannot be cared for by persons other than those named on the certificate of registration.
To provide a care service to a maximum of 6 children at any one time under the age of 16 of whom no more than 3 are not yet attending primary school and of whom no more than one is under 12 months. Numbers are inclusive of children of the childminder's family.
