Conditions of registration
Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. To provide a care service to adults with a learning disabilities within their own homes and in the community.
2. The service will notify service users of the conditions of registration, the name of the named Manager of the service, the name and address of the registered service and the Care Inspectorate contact details.
3. The service will notify the service users of on site staffing arrangements, on call arrangements and of any changes.
4. The service will notify the Care Inspectorate should the service provision grow by more than 10%.
