1.Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:
To provide a service to adults with mental health problems living in their own homes.
2.The support will be provided by two staff teams based at the service address. The teams will operate in Glasgow and Renfrewshire . The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
3.The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
