Recommendation 1
1. To ensure children’s safety, the provider should ensure that staff are safely recruited. To do this they should, at a minimum, ensure that appropriate PVG checks are in place for all staff. This is in order to ensure that care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards (HSCS) which state that: "I use a service and organisation that are well led and managed" (HSCS 4.23).
