To provide a care service to adults with physical disabilities mental health disabilities and learning disabilities living in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 4 staff team located in Elgin to the Moray area.
