Conditions of registration
To provide a care service to a maximum of 6 children at any one time under the age of 16 of whom no more than 3 are not yet attending primary school and of whom no more than 1 is under 12 months. Numbers are inclusive of children of the childminder's family.
From October 28th 2015 to end of June 2016 on a Tuesday Wednesday Thursday between 12 and 1pm to provide a care service to a maximum of 6 children at any one time under the age of 16 of whom no more than 4 are not yet attending primary school and of whom no more than 1 is under 12 months. Numbers are inclusive of children of the childminder's family.
This additional place is for a specific named child only and cannot be transferred to any other child.
Overnight care will not be provided.
Minded children cannot be cared for by persons other than those named on the certificate.
